MySellStack Appointments
Terms of service
The terms that govern using the app — plans and billing, trials, downgrades, data, availability, and liability. Read together with the privacy policy. Last updated 14 August 2026.
The agreement
MySellStack Appointments (the "app") is operated by Equilev Limited ("we", "us"). Installing or using the app on a Shopify store means the business that owns that store (the "merchant", "you") agrees to these terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the app.
The service
The app adds appointment booking to your Shopify store: a storefront booking widget, an admin calendar, staff scheduling, notification emails, calendar sync, and related features. We improve the app continuously; features may be added, changed, or retired. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will say so before it applies to you.
Plans, trials, and billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system and appear on your regular Shopify invoice; we never see your payment details. Paid plans start with a free trial as shown at the time you choose the plan. Upgrades, downgrades, cancellation, and any proration follow Shopify's billing rules and take effect through your Shopify admin. Plan allowances (such as the number of active services and the booking-history window) are shown on the plan you choose.
Downgrades
If your store holds more active services than a new plan allows, nothing is deleted. You get a grace period, shown in the app, to archive or remove the excess or to change plans; after it, the most recently added services above the allowance are archived automatically. Archived services keep their booking history and can be recovered after an upgrade. Existing customer bookings are always honored regardless of plan changes.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the services you sell, for honoring the bookings your customers make, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including telling your customers how their data is used. You agree not to use the app to send spam, to misuse another person's data, or to probe, overload, or disrupt the service.
Data
Your customers' booking data belongs to your business; we process it on your behalf only to run your bookings, as described in the privacy policy. Uninstalling the app triggers the retention and erasure process described there, including Shopify's mandatory data-erasure requests.
Availability and support
We work to keep the app fast and available, but it is provided without an uptime guarantee and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or by our providers. Support is available through the help center; we usually reply within one business day, with priority given to Ultra and Ultimate subscribers.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits or lost bookings), and our total liability for any claim connected to the app is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your store; billing then ends per Shopify's billing rules. We may suspend or end service for stores that break these terms or abuse the service, and we will say why when we do.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date below reflects the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions: use the help center's contact form and we will reply by email.
